The fuel crisis is REAL!
The fuel situation in Zimbabwe is a real problem, there are queues all over Zimbabwe with hundreds of cars all in line to get their tanks filled up.
The problem is there is NO fuel.
The government is saying the country has fuel but on the ground, I can confirm that there is ZERO fuel which is causing the country to stand still.
Zimbabwe is going to have a merry
Countrywide fuel shortages
I have spoken to friends & family across Zimbabwe (Bulawayo, Gweru, Harare & Victoria Falls) and they are all saying the same thing, “there is no fuel”.
On the 3rd of December 2018, the two main newspapers in the country displayed their headlines side by side and they could not be more different.
- The Herald
- Daily News
One is saying there is plenty of fuel and the other saying there is none. One of the papers is a government newspaper, can you guess which one?
How can so many websites be wrong?
I did a quick search online and found so many articles on the fuel situation in Zimbabwe and none of them had anything positive to say:
timeslive.co.za: Zimbabwe left with less than a week of fuel supplies
- dailynews.co.zw: Fuel situation gets desperate
- allnetafrica.com: Motorists Sleep in Queues as Zimbabwe Fuel Crisis Bites
I could share more links to stories about the lack of fuel in Zimbabwe but I think you get the picture.
A video came across my Facebook profile, a gentleman filmed a fuel queue in Harare town which showed hundreds of cars all lined up, all waiting for the liquid gold.
These images can not be made up, that’s for sure…
Not only for me but for the whole country, I really hope the current situation changes.
